I got new goggles the other day!
YAY!
I'm short AND long sighted in my left eye and short sighted in my right eye.
To be honest I'm not 100% sure what this means.
I didn't like any of the frames at OPSM so I bought these Elizabeth and James frames online from Shopbop.

Here's a story....
I emailed shopbop and Elizabeth and James to find out if I could put my lenses in them.
Customers on Shopbop asked in the review sections for other pairs if they could, Shopbop never replied to their queries.
Anyway I received 2 emails back.
Shopbop said NO and Elizabeth and James said YES.
Being the kind customer I am I emailed Shopbop back to say they were wrong and suggested that maybe they update their website to let customers know they can put their prescription lenses in.
... they still haven't.
Bad form Shopbop, bad form.
On the plus side I only had to pay $30 for the lenses because my health insurance covered the rest, yayayayayayayayaaaaa.

I recently got new Ray Ban lenses and RB prescription sunnies and I love them. I've totally ditched contacts because glasses are way more fun.

ReplyDeleteI have a gazillion pairs but my faves are my ray bans from opsm. I also won a voucher from Michelle's style file from clearly contacts and got a free pair of dior glasses. If you haven't shopped at clearly contacts before you can basically get a free pair!

ReplyDeleteGorgeous glasses! You look fabulous. I've been wearing glasses since the 5th grade, going from frameless, to metal, to plastic, Armani and Gucci frames are my favourite. White frames are almost like my signature now haha.
