Amateur Hour Raspberry POP!

This "recipe" is a bit of a joke really.
A sad, pathetic joke of recipe.
Sometimes when I go to post food I think "Merowyn, do you really want to stoop this low?!"
My mind says no.
My hearts says yes.
So sorry in advance, this recipe is amateur hour to the max.
The taste makes up for it.
I promise.

Super Refreshing Raspberry Pop

3 handfuls of frozen raspberries (use frozen it helps keep the drink icy cold)
Teaspoon of cinnamon
A few mint leaves
Sparkling Mineral Water
Tap Water
3 - 4 Ice Cubes

In a blender blend the raspberries, ice cubes, cinnamon, mint leaves and about 150mls of water
If the mix doesn't blend easily add some more water.
Divide the raspberry mix between 2 glasses and top with sparkling mineral water.

  1. I think you need to post recipes for the worst cooks who read your blog - like me. I'd totally make this, now that I know how.

  6. I make a punch a bit like this at Christmas.
    - cup of black tea (raspberry herbal is best) with some raspberries fresh or frozen, smashed up...if you're lazy, skip this entire step.
    - one bottle of lemonade or mineral water
    - one bottle of fizzy apple juice
    - frozen berries
    - handful of mint..can be strong, skip this too if you like.
It's now a well loved tradition and all my loved ones make their own 'versions'. Mixes well with vodka too apparently...
